Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before making a reservation with us.
 
1. No Refunds: All cancellations are non-refundable.
2. Rebooking or Credit Options: Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of the scheduled service can choose to rebook for an alternative date or receive a credit that can be applied to other services we offer.
3. Weather Cancellations: In cases of cancellations due to adverse weather conditions, the decision will be at the discretion of the guide. Guests affected by weather-related cancellations can either rebook for an alternative date or use the credited amount towards other services we provide.
4. Communication: It is the responsibility of the guest to inform us of any cancellations as soon as possible. Failure to notify us within the specified time frame will result in forfeiture of payment.
5. Process for Rebooking or Credit: To initiate the rebooking or credit process, please contact our customer service team at info@redrivercats.com or 204-757-9876 with your booking details.
6. Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be made in extenuating circumstances and are subject to management discretion.
